A note from our friends at Paradigm Press(ad)

Below is an important message from one of our highly valued sponsors. Please read it carefully as they have some special information to share with you.

Dear reader,

After correctly predicting the 2008 and 2020 stock market meltdowns…

I believe this AI company is about to trigger the next crash. (Click here to see its name, completely free of charge.)

Look, I’m not the only one warning.

The research firm Bernstein Research said this AI company “has the power to crash the global economy for a decade.”

The CEO of this AI company also just issued a CODE RED in an internal memo…

Warning his employees that they’re dealing with a critical situation.

Another company executive even implied they might need a government bailout.

The last time I saw something like this was in 2008…

When I predicted a stock market meltdown…

Just three weeks before Lehman went under.

Make no mistake…

The stage is set for a meltdown of historic proportions.

So please click here and I’ll show you why I believe this is a $1.4 trillion ticking time bomb…

That will destroy the foundations of the entire AI economy…

And ruin the retirement of millions of unprepared Americans.

The good news is you don’t have to be a victim.

In fact, I’m recommending you take these five simple steps to prepare, before it’s too late.

Regards,

Jim Rickards

Celsius Reports Q3 Today. This Has Nothing to Do With Gold.

Celsius Holdings (CELH) reports third-quarter 2026 results before the open this morning, with the conference call beginning at 8:00 AM ET. This is not a precious metals story. There is no gold in a can of Celsius. There is no silver in Alani Nu. Rockstar Energy does not trade on the London Metal Exchange.

So why mention it here at all?

Because Daily Gold Alerts readers are investors first, and understanding what not to chase on a given morning is part of staying disciplined in a sector where distraction is expensive.

What the Market Is Watching This Morning

Wall Street’s consensus headed into the report is for revenue of about $801 million for the quarter, up about 10% from the $725.1 million reported in the same period a year ago. Consensus EPS is about $0.34, which would be roughly a 19% decline from the $0.42 posted in the year-ago quarter.

The core question on the call will be whether the integrations of Alani Nu and Rockstar Energy are finally showing up in margins. Management has discussed a path back toward a low-to-mid-50% gross margin profile by the end of the year. In Q2, gross margin was approximately 48%, weighed down by promotional intensity, channel mix, and ongoing transition dynamics as the portfolio moved deeper into PepsiCo’s distribution system. The Celsius brand itself posted an 11.7% revenue decline last quarter even as tracked retail scanner data for the brand was down about 2%. That divergence, tied to shipment timing and inventory rebalancing through the PepsiCo transition, is what the market needs to see continue to normalize today.

Alani Nu has been the portfolio’s growth engine: its Q2 sales reached approximately $364.4 million, and Rockstar contributed about $66.5 million in Q2. The question is whether those brand contributions can lift overall margins, or whether the cost noise from integration lingers into the seasonally important back half.

What Precious Metals Investors Should Actually Do Right Now

Nothing with CELH. That is the point.

The energy drink category and the gold market are not competing for the same capital in any meaningful, tactical way today. The macro forces that matter to precious metals this morning are elsewhere: real yields, dollar direction, and central bank reserve activity. Those are the levers worth watching before the U.S. open.

The discipline that makes a precious metals investor effective is knowing which stories belong in the portfolio and which belong on a different desk. An energy drink company navigating distributor transitions and margin recovery is a consumer-staples thesis. It lives or dies on SKU velocity, promotional ROI, and PepsiCo’s inventory policy. None of that is a signal for gold, silver, or the miners.

The same logic applies to the miners, where the thesis lives or dies on a single variable the energy drink category cannot touch. Newmont’s record earnings quarter showed how quickly a falling spot price can overwhelm even the strongest operational results in gold mining.

Bottom Line

Celsius is a legitimate business with a real integration story to prove. Whether it proves it this morning will move CELH, not GLD. The most useful thing this publication can offer on a day like today is a clear boundary: the precious metals complex has its own catalysts, its own timing, and its own risks. Stay in your lane, and those risks stay manageable.

Tomorrow’s issue returns to gold.
